Billboard Weekly: Adele wraca na szczyt albumów; Justin Bieber zastępuje sam siebie na liście singli z Love Yourself, wielki ruch w TOP 10

Adele wraca na szczyt najchętniej kupowanych albumów w Stanach Zjednoczonych; na miejscu trzecim debiutuje Megadeth. Na liście singli dwa nowe utwory w TOP 10, a także nowy numer jeden. Dobra passa Justina Biebera trwa.

W minionym tygodniu krążek 25 Adele rozszedł się w ilości 116 tys. unitów (w dół o 21%). Sama sprzedaż albumu wyniosła 97 tysięcy (reszta to ekwiwalent singli i streamingu). Jest to dziesiąty tydzień Adele na liście, a ósmy na szczycie zestawienia. Dwa poprzednie tygodnie krążek spędził na miejscu 2. (tydzień temu na szczycie wylądował Panic! At the Disco, a dwa tygodnie David Bowie).

W sumie album Adele sprzedał się już w ilości 7.94 miliona, w tym tygodniu przekroczy osiem milionów.

Na drugie miejsce z trzeciego awansuje Justin Bieber z krążkiem Purpose. Rozeszło się 87 tys. kopii (sprzedaż + SEA + TEA).

Na trzecim miejscu jeden z dwóch debiutów w tym zestawieniu. Zespół Megadeth i ich album Dystopia sprzedał 49 tys. kopii swojego nowego krążka (48 tysięcy to sama sprzedaż). Druga nowość to kompilacja 2016 Grammy Nominees na miejscu 9. Rozeszło się 31 tys. kopii. Rok temu komplilacja Grammy sprzedała się w ilości 45 tys. kopii, ale wtedy pozwoliło to na debiut na miejscu 12.

Bieber staje się dopiero dwunastym artystą w 58-letniej historii Billboardu, który zastępuje sam siebie na miejscu pierwszym.
